It's exactly what it sounds like: Bare Book Club, but it's so much more. It's empowering, poignant, funny, enticing, and smart; reviving the art of live literary salons and normalizing the idea of nudity as something that can be celebrated and not necessarily sexual. Our readings are insightful, creative, thought provoking and sometimes hilarious. There is no larger, woven-in, multi-layered, overly complex message- nothing pretentious, nothing seedy. Nudie Nubies is the longest running amateur burlesque competition in the country, for the past decade Foxy Tann and friends have been helping baby burlesquers find their feathers and flap their fans, launching many a burlesquer's start on their journey to stardom! Join The Fox, the contestants and a couple local ringers, 2nd Fridays. 10pm at The Black Hart when you will help decide who will take home the Nudie Nubies crown
